Testimonial BEYDES: Overview, exchange and mutual support thanks to coapp

In this age of digital innovation, it is critical for coworking spaces to have effective communication tools to facilitate collaboration and interaction among members.

An outstanding example of this is the BEYDES coworking space in Berlin-Tegel, whose "Beyond Desk" concept aims to offer more than just a desk space. In a historic setting, the office has a thousand square meters of flex space, private offices and conference rooms, as well as a cozy lounge with plenty of room for exchange. In order to bring together the different users with all their needs, professional skills and ideas digitally, the team has heralded a new level of communication with the integration of coapp.

How has the use of the software affected the coworking space and its community? We asked Chiara Jungblut, who is responsible for office management at BEYDES, about this. "I probably use coapp the most of all," she writes to us.

Communicate directly and quickly

Improving communication is at the heart of the coapp integration, as Chiara Jungblut emphasizes: The Messenger tool from coapp has made communication much easier. Compared to conventional e-mails, the exchange via Messenger is much more informal and spontaneous. There is no need to switch between WhatsApp, Signal and Co. or exchange telephone numbers. Direct and fast communication via coapp can make collaboration and the flow of information in the coworking space much more casual.

Messenger combined with appointment booking

When asked about her favorite feature of coapp, Chiara Jungblut says she particularly appreciates the Messenger tool in combination with the Booking Calendar. With Messenger, members can effortlessly communicate and share information, while Booking Calendar provides an overview of all events and resources. This combination makes organization and planning in the coworking space much easier.

With an app for mobile devices, community contributions would also receive even more attention, suspects Chiara Jungblut. In fact, the development of an app is already on coapp's roadmap. By activating push or e-mail notifications, members can already decide whether they want to be informed about news.

Joint projects, mutual support

"For us, community means exchange and support," says Chiara Jungblut. She says that through the coworking space, bonds have already formed between members, joint projects have been launched and professional support has been offered. These developments are proof that BEYDES has achieved its goal of building a strong and diverse community characterized by mutual appreciation.

With the introduction of coapp, the coworking space BEYDES shows how innovative technologies can improve communication and collaboration within a community. The use of the messenger tool and the booking calendar, for example, can make members' everyday lives much easier and promote the formation of an engaged community.
