Platform fees only arise when you receive payments from your community through coapp. They are therefore calculated on a pro rata basis from your turnover. In plain language: we always earn when you do. Why are we taking this approach? Firstly, we want to keep your risk as low as possible, and secondly, we are pursuing the same goal.
